Summation iBlaze® Training

Customized CT Summation® LG Family training is provided at the client’s location or remotely through the use of GoToMeeting®. Our tailored training courses match the specific requirements of each client - including course content, length, format and customized training documentation for each student.

Our training is “customized” because our trainer works directly with the client to determine training requirements and preferences. Together, they consider criteria such as current experience with Summation®, intended or desired usage of the application, availability of class participants and overall needs of the organization and individual users. Following that analysis, customized class agendas and training materials are prepared. Content is then presented in client-preferred format such as hands-on, demonstration, lecture, or side-by-side.

In addition to training, eTERA Consulting is also available for Summation® support either onsite or remotely. Using GoToMeeting®, we offer web based support for CT Summation® LG Family. Web-based support includes setting up cases, loading data, running maintenance, creating productions, troubleshooting problems, and assisting users with more advanced features.

Catalyst CR® Training

eTERA Consulting’s Catalyst CR® Training can be performed on site or via the web per our client’s request. It is designed to provide hands-on training within a client’s customized site and allows their document review platform to be specific to their needs.

Our certified trainer guides the client through Catalyst’s® main features and demonstrates their capabilities, such as document location via secure sub-collections, how to retrieve results by either running simple Boolean searches or building complex searches that may involve proximity, wildcard, keyword, or even foreign character searches. In addition, our trainer will either take sample documents or the client’s own live data and illustrate how customized review forms aid in tagging a document as confidential, privileged/not privileged, responsive, hot/not hot as well as show Catalyst’s® ability to create certain rules that allow for default values, mandatory values, multi-select values, or how previously coded values can even be captured in these forms as well. Finally, our trainer will review Catalyst’s® administrative features that allows each user to control certain default settings, create a custom field display or search platform, change their password, and export results. In other cases, where higher permissions are granted, some users can have increased ability to run audit trail reports on the reviewers using the site as well as have the ability to redact, bulk update documents, and batch documents into folders. At eTERA Consulting, we continually strive to provide our clients with the best service and are happy to do the same when it comes to our litigation support training.
