eTERA Consulting offers a consultative recruiting and placement practice. Under the direction of experienced staff, one of the primary focuses is on identifying well-qualified, passive job seekers looking to secure new opportunities in the legal field. We have been called upon to source candidates for positions such as: administrators; paralegals/legal assistants; legal secretaries; help desk/IT personnel; technical trainers; receptionists; file clerks, and; records management personnel.
