• Providing eTERA Consulting’s electronic discovery specialists, who have been trained in litigation support and electronic discovery practices;

• Utilizing specific expertise in Lexis-Nexis Legal Access Ware PreDiscovery™ (“LAW”), Concordance™, Summation®, Catalyst® and other discovery software;

• Providing databases, load files and electronic exports to most, if not all, of the discovery platforms currently available; and

• Offering an experienced full paper production staff for handling large document requests, imaging and copying.
