EDD Data Processing and Analysis

• Processing information from backup tapes or legacy systems – from standard email and word processing programs to arcane systems and uncommon file types;
• Ensuring parent/child relationships, email conversations/clusters, metadata, and other data relationships are maintained through proper file and/or document extraction per client specifications;
• Identifying and segregating those files that are exact duplicates of one another either globally, by custodian or other criteria;
• Culling data, based on date ranges, keywords, concepts, topics or other filtration methods;
• Processing electronic documents in native, TIFF or PDF format, with complete text and metadata preserved and indexed for search accuracy; and
• Process data, with rolling strategies, to provide industry-leading capacity and documents available for review in days, not weeks or months. Process data using Lexis-Nexis Legal Access Ware PreDiscovery™and/or Clearwell™ into multiple different data formats.
