Data Source Identification and Collection

eTERA Consulting provides the following services, related to data source identification and preservation:

• Providing guidance to internal information technology professionals and/or professional assistance onsite to collect data from clients’ computers, including servers, desktop PCs, laptops, backup tapes, handheld devices and any other storage medium;

• Working with outside counsel to provide technology consulting to assist in the gathering of such information;

• Creating cost-effective strategies for identifying, gathering and preparing relevant, responsive data for review;

• Utilizing proper chain of custody documentation to ensure defensibility of collected data; and

• Providing onsite and remote collection solutions for data retrieval.
